Skill Level: Intermediate
Description: We will begin with stretches and a warmup exercise. We will recap how to throw and catch as was covered in 101 to emphasize safety for the participants muscles. Next we will briefly cover the timing and direction relations that the staves and arms can have as explained in the Vulcan Tech Gospel. From here we will progress into a wide variety of patterns for the siteswaps 31, 40, 420, 312, 330, and 501, and we will see how to create variation within these patterns by using the VTG.
